About FA ACCOUNTANCY LTD

A mobile application developer registered in England and Wales, building iOS and Android software for businesses and putting it into everyday use.

What we do

We design, build and release mobile applications for companies. Some are used only by staff — job sheets, stock counts, site inspections, scheduling, approvals. Others face the customer and carry a service the business already sells. In both cases the work is the same in shape: understand the process, agree what the software has to do, build it, get it through App Store and Google Play review, and stay involved while people learn to use it.

We also publish our own applications, which keeps us on the receiving end of the same store rules, privacy declarations and release processes our clients depend on.

How we work with clients

Every engagement begins with a discovery call and ends with a written specification and an estimate before any development is committed to. We would rather spend an unpaid hour establishing that a project is not worth building than take on work that will disappoint. During the build you get working versions on real devices, not screenshots, and a named contact rather than a shared inbox.

We work in plain English. Technical decisions are explained in terms of what they cost, what they make possible and what they rule out, so that the person paying for the project can make the call.

Who we work with

Our clients are business owners, operations managers and IT leads in small and medium-sized UK companies — often people commissioning software for the first time. That shapes how we run projects: fixed stages, written scope, no jargon and no surprises on the invoice.
