iOS app development

Native iOS work suits companies whose staff or customers already carry iPhones and whose process depends on the camera, offline access, notifications or a device the field team can use one-handed. We take the process you already run and turn it into an application your people can open on the shop floor, in a van or in front of a client.

What this involves

Every engagement starts with a discovery session where we map the process the app has to carry, the people who will use it and the systems it must exchange data with. From that we write a specification and an estimate you can review before anything is built. Development runs in short cycles with working builds distributed through TestFlight, so you use the application on a real device long before it reaches the App Store. We handle the store listing, privacy declarations and the review process, then hand over the source code, the build pipeline and the documentation your team needs to keep the app running.

Timelines and pricing

Timelines and pricing are quoted per project after a discovery call. The estimate follows the discovery call and covers the scope, the stages and the payment schedule, so there is nothing to sign before you have seen it in writing.

Questions about ios app development

Do you publish the app under our Apple Developer account?

Yes. We recommend that the Apple Developer Program membership is held by your company, so the listing, the certificates and the customer relationship stay with you. We work inside your account as an invited team member and can set the account up with you if you do not have one yet.

What happens if Apple rejects the submission?

App review feedback is part of the job, not an extra. We respond to the reviewer, make the changes required and resubmit until the application is live. The most common causes are missing privacy declarations, unclear account deletion routes and demo credentials, and we prepare all three before the first submission.

Can the app work without a connection?

It can, and for field teams it usually should. We store records on the device, queue changes made offline and sync them when the connection returns. The rules for handling conflicts are agreed during discovery, because they depend on how your business treats a record edited in two places.
