Business app integration
An application only pays for itself once it is connected to the systems your business already runs and once staff use it every day without being chased. This service covers the part of the work that sits between the finished build and the working process: data flow, access control, rollout and the training that makes adoption stick.
What this involves
We start with the systems in play — accounting, stock, scheduling, CRM, spreadsheets that have quietly become critical — and establish which of them holds the authoritative record for each piece of data. From there we design the exchange: which system writes, which reads, how often, and what happens when a sync fails. Access levels are mapped to real roles rather than to job titles. Rollout runs as a pilot with one team first, so the process is corrected while the change is still small, and only then extends across the company. We provide the training material your managers use and stay close during the first weeks of live running.
What’s included

- Data mapping and agreement on the authoritative source for each record
- API and middleware work connecting the application to those systems
- Role-based access levels matched to how your teams actually work
- Migration of existing records where needed
- Pilot rollout with one team before company-wide release
- Training material and handover sessions for staff and managers
- Monitoring of the first weeks of live use, with corrections
Deliverables
- Integration documentation and data flow map
- Configured environments and access roles
- Migration scripts and a record of what was migrated
- Training material for staff and managers

Timelines and pricing
Timelines and pricing are quoted per project after a discovery call. The estimate follows the discovery call and covers the scope, the stages and the payment schedule, so there is nothing to sign before you have seen it in writing.
Questions about business app integration
Our systems are old and do not have an API. Is integration still possible?
Often yes. Where there is no API we look at scheduled exports, database-level access or a small service that sits alongside the existing system. We assess this during the audit and tell you plainly if the honest answer is that a particular integration is not worth what it would cost.
How do you keep staff using the app after launch?
By replacing a step rather than adding one. If the app is extra work on top of the paperwork it will be abandoned, so the rollout removes whatever the app now covers. The pilot team tells us where that has not happened yet, and we fix it before the wider release.
